Leather Colourant
Leather Colourant
Professional water-based colourant for repair, restoration and full recolouring of leather and PU/artificial leather. Delivers high coverage, flexible film and OEM-grade appearance when used within the LeTech finishing system.
What It Does
Leather Colourant forms a smooth, elastic coating that bonds to prepared leather, evening out shade variations and restoring uniform colour. It integrates with Leather Primer and Top Coat to achieve durable, cleanable results on high-wear areas.
Designed for local repairs and full-panel refinishing. Builds colour in thin coats to maintain a fine texture and factory-like feel.
Professional Applications
- Automotive: seat bolsters, steering wheels, panels (spot & full recolour).
- Furniture: seating, armrests and high-traffic surfaces.
- Leather goods: bags, shoes, apparel and accessories.
Compatible Leather Types
Finished/pigmented leather and many PU/artificial leather surfaces prepared with Degreaser/Prep. Use caution on aniline/semi-aniline; not suitable for suede or nubuck.
Final colour may vary slightly vs. screens and between batches; dry-down and top-coat sheen can affect perception.
