LeTech Professional Leather Restoration Course – Terms of Participation
1. Agreement: Payment of the 20% deposit ($600) constitutes acceptance of this agreement. It is considered legally binding upon confirmation of payment.
2. Training: A 5-day course held at one of the listed venues. Schedule may vary depending on the group.
3. Price: $2,600 for the course + $400 marketing support fee. Payable in two stages: $600 deposit, remaining balance on Day 1.
4. Included: Training, all materials, drinks/snacks, certificate, private group access.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel ≥14 days before: full refund of deposit.
- Cancel <14 days: deposit non-refundable.
- Transfer to another person is allowed with prior written notice.
6. Legal: This offer is governed by Florida state law. All materials are intellectual property of LeTech USA LLC. Participants may not record training. Organizer may photograph/video for marketing.
