At LeTech USA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and transparent.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Products

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as cleaning chemicals, care kits, and personalized or used goods cannot be returned.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note, banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to process the refund.
