Orders ship from our California distribution center. We deliver across the United States, as well as to Canada and Mexico.

- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened/used chemical products are not eligible for return due to safety/hygiene regulations.
- No exchanges: we currently do not offer product exchanges.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer (use a trackable method).
- Refund timing: up to 30 days after inspection, to the original payment method.
