Return & Refund Policy
- Return window: within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened/used chemical products are not eligible for return due to safety/hygiene regulations.
- No exchanges: we currently do not offer product exchanges.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer (use a trackable method).
- Refund timing: up to 30 days after inspection, to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@letech.us with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
