Orders ship from our California distribution center. We deliver across the United States, as well as to Canada and Mexico.

- Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delivery: signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.
Tip: please provide a complete and secure delivery address. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, address errors, or severe weather.

From: California, USA · To: 50 US states (incl. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico.

- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

- Refund timing: up to 30 days after inspection, to the original payment method.
