Orders ship from our California distribution center. We deliver across the United States, as well as to Canada and Mexico.

- Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delivery: signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.
Tip: please provide a complete and secure delivery address. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, address errors, or severe weather.

From: California, USA · To: 50 US states (incl. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (and selected regional partners).

- Standard: 3–7 business days · Express: 1–3 business days.
- Tracking: emailed when your order ships.
- International (CA/MX): transit times and costs vary; any customs duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return window: within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened/used chemical products are not eligible for return due to safety/hygiene regulations.
- No exchanges: we currently do not offer product exchanges.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer (use a trackable method).
- Refund timing: up to 30 days after inspection, to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@letech.us with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
