Vinyl & Leather Weld (100 ml)
Premium repair compound for vinyl and synthetic leather. Heat-activated formula turns transparent in seconds, matching the original texture and flexibility for an almost invisible repair.
What It Does
The compound fuses with the substrate under heat, becomes optically clear, and follows the material’s movement without cracking. Using a prepared grain print, the repair blends into the surface so the patch is hard to detect even at a close distance.

How To Use (Summary)
- Prepare: clean and degrease with Leather Ultimate Cleaner and Leather Alcohol Cleaner. Dry fully.
- Trim: smooth edges; for through-holes, add an internal backing cushion.
- Initial fill: fill ~50% with Vinyl & Leather Weld; heat with hair dryer and iron until transparent.
- Copy the grain: after cooling, apply a second layer and press the prepared texture print (Leather Grain Copier).
- Finish: heat through thermal paper, cool completely, then colour and seal with Leather Colourant + Leather Top Coat if needed.
Storage
Store tightly sealed in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight at 5–35 °C, relative humidity up to 80 %. Shelf life: 3 years from production date.
