Application Process

Surface Preparation

• Thoroughly clean the surface using Leather Ultimate Cleaner.
• For heavy contamination or grease, use Leather Degreaser.
• Degrease using Leather Alcohol Cleaner or Leather Liquid Degreaser.
• If unstable old coatings are present, remove them using Solvent Cleaner or Leather Prep.
• Apply LeTech Leather Primer with Cross Linker X (5–10%) before recoloring if required.

Color Application (if applicable)

• Shake color thoroughly before use.
• Apply thin, even layers using spray gun or airbrush.
• Nozzle size: 0.5–1.2 mm
• Pressure: 1.1–8 bar
• Filter through 190-micron filter before spraying.
