Application Process
Surface Preparation
- Thoroughly clean the surface using Leather Ultimate Cleaner.
- For heavy contamination or grease, use Leather Degreaser.
- Degrease using Leather Alcohol Cleaner or Leather Liquid Degreaser.
- If unstable old coatings are present, remove them using Solvent Cleaner or Leather Prep.
- Apply LeTech Leather Primer with Cross Linker X (5–10%) before recoloring if required.
Color Application (if applicable)
- Shake color thoroughly before use.
- Apply thin, even layers using spray gun or airbrush.
- Nozzle size: 0.5–1.2 mm
- Pressure: 1.1–8 bar
- Filter through 190-micron filter before spraying.

- Apply as the final stage after repair and recoloring.
- Spray application (airbrush or spray gun) is recommended for even coverage.
- Avoid excessive build-up to prevent color distortion or stiffness.
