Application Notes
Use after Leather Liquid Degreaser when oils and silicones are removed.
Apply with a lint-free cloth or fine fibre pad, working seam to seam.
Feather edges, wipe residues thoroughly and let dry completely before proceeding.

- Place your order on le-tech.us and complete payment at checkout.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping options: Standard (3–7 business days) or Express (1–3 business days).
- Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delivery: signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.
Tip: please provide a complete and secure delivery address. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, address errors, or severe weather.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (and selected regional partners).

- Outside the United States: checkout is set up for delivery within the U.S. Shipments to other destinations worldwide are handled individually rather than through standard checkout — write to office@le-tech.us with your address and the items you need, and we’ll confirm availability, cost and delivery time for your order on a case-by-case basis.
Return & Refund Policy
We sell professional leather-care chemicals, so our return conditions are strict. Please read them before ordering.
- Return window: request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Accepted only if sealed: the product must be unopened, still factory-sealed, unused and in its original undamaged packaging with all labels and accessories.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged — for health, hygiene and transport-safety reasons. This covers all cleaners, colourants, finishes, additives, adhesives and dyes.
- No exchanges: an approved return is refunded to the original payment method.
- Prior authorisation required: write to office@le-tech.us with your order number and photos before sending anything back. Items sent without authorisation are not accepted and not refunded.
- Return address: LeTech USA, 7843 Settlers Ridge Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer (use a trackable method). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Inspection & refund timing: every return is inspected on arrival. If it is sealed and unused, the refund is issued within 5 business days of the inspection. If it was opened or used, the return is declined.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, these conditions don’t apply — contact us within 48 hours at office@le-tech.us with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Full terms: Refund policy.

- Security: payments processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card details.
