How to Use — Step by Step

Clean the surface thoroughly using LeTech Leather Ultimate Cleaner to remove dust, dirt, and contaminants.
If heavy contamination and greasy stains are present, extract oils using LeTech Leather Degreaser.
Degrease the surface using Leather Alcohol Cleaner or Leather Liquid Degreaser.
If old coating is unstable or damaged, remove weak coating using Solvent Cleaner or Leather Prep.
After surface preparation, apply LeTech Leather Primer with Cross Linker X added at 5% to 10% of total product volume.
Add LeTech Leather Metallic Additive into Leather Colourant or into Leather Top Coat.
Recommended mixing ratio: add 10% to 20% of Metallic Additive depending on the depth of effect desired.
Mix thoroughly. Shake materials before application. Filter paint if spraying is planned.
Apply Leather Colourant in thin, even layers. Spraying via airbrush or spray gun is recommended for highest decorative results. Distilled water dilution is allowed.
Spray setup (as stated): nozzle diameter 0.5–1.2 mm; pressure 1.1–8 bar depending on equipment. Ensure compressed air is free of water and oil. Filter paint through 190 micron.
Optional manual application (as stated): sponge, brush, or roller for small repairs, base layers, or leather art. For thicker paint, use Thickening Agent.
After painting, protect the surface with Leather Top Coat + Cross Linker X (5% to 10%). Avoid heavy build to prevent color distortion and increased stiffness.
Allow the finish to dry: usable after 2–3 hours; full curing and crystallization typically 8–12 hours (as stated).
During the first week, avoid cleaners and leather care products. After one week, normal use is allowed (as stated).
Clean tools with water. If needed, use LeTech Leather Prep solvent (as stated).
