How to Use – Step by Step

Load the Cartridge — Insert the Leather Grain Copier 1:1 cartridge into the gun and lock it in place.
Attach Nozzle — Fit a static mixing nozzle; tighten/lock per interface design.
Purge & Prime — Squeeze a small bead onto scrap to ensure uniform 1:1 mixing and remove air.
Dispense — Apply a thin, even layer onto the chosen source area to form the grain mold; use release film if required (per TDS).
Cure — Allow the compound to cure until fully elastic and dimensionally stable (timing/temperature: requires verification in TDS).
After Use — Remove and dispose of the used nozzle; leave the cartridge capped in the gun or store separately as preferred.
Maintenance — Wipe the gun clean; check the plunger and lock before the next session.
